I founded Step Ahead Staffing because I believe talent should never be limited by barriers.

Having a hearing impairment has taught me that potential is often overlooked, not because it is not there, but because workplaces are not always designed to see it.

For nearly 20 years, I have worked with organisations and candidates across Africa, helping connect talent with opportunity. Along the way, I realised that hiring is only the beginning. True inclusion happens when people feel valued, supported and empowered to thrive.

That belief led to the creation of our Disability Inclusion Masterclasses and, three years ago, inspired a bigger vision: InclusiVerse™ a platform designed to help organisations turn inclusion from an aspiration into measurable action.

Today, everything we do is driven by one purpose: creating workplaces where everyone has the opportunity to belong, contribute and succeed.
